Costa Smeralda

This trip takes you to one of Sardinia’s most luxurious holiday destinations, which is a paradise of natural beauty and a playground for high society.

We leave Alghero and head for the Costa Smeralda, travelling eastwards and passing the valley that plays host to the Romanesque Basilica di Saccargia, which features all manner of interesting chromatic effects.
The first stop on the trip is Porto Cervo, a world-famous resort frequented by celebrities and millionaires.

Here you are sure to be impressed by the magnificent squares, the high-end boutiques, the port with its luxury boats and yachts and – last but by no means least – the extravagant villas set in the beautiful countryside overlooking the emerald-coloured sea.

We then head towards Baia Sardinia, where we take a break for you to lunch where you please (cost not included in the price of the trip) and for some sun-worshipping in one of the exceptionally attractive bays along the coast.

In the afternoon, we head on through renowned Gallurian villages such as Cala di Volpe, Capriccioli and San Pantaleo.
On our way back to Alghero, we will stop for refreshments.
